Venue

The on-site part of KONVENS 2021 will take place at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, lecture halls 5D (building 25.21) and 6B (building 26.11). If you arrive by tram, the best stop to get off is “Uni-Ost/Botanischer Garten” (University east/botanical garden), if you arrive by bus, “Universität Mitte” (University centre) is the nearest stop. COVID-19 precautions

Please note that the 3G rule applies to the conference venue. That is, only vaccinated, recovered or tested individuals will get access to the venue. Please declare and proof your status at the reception desk. In building 25.02, right next to the venue, you can find a Covid-19 test center. Wearing a medical face mask is mandatory inside all buildings on campus.

Accommodation

We’ve secured a limited number of hotel rooms in hotel “Auszeit” close to the conference venue. The rooms are reserved from 5 to 10 September at 85€ per night (including breakfast). Please provide the following reference code while booking: KONVENS-Konferenz. The reservation deadline is August 5, 2021. Free cancellation is possible until August 30, 2021.
